Hello
Our regular venue at Brixworth, with kind permission of Anglian Water, has provided us with opportunities for ringing again this autumn with passage warblers providing most of the action. However we do sometimes catch wagtails and pipits and other birds, as depicted...
Images courtesy of Sean Gower, Michelle Spinks and Jane Neill...all taken at Brixworth in August and September 2026.
Potential attendees are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment - High Vis sleeved top, High Vis trousers, a hard hat or 'bump' cap, steel toe-capped footwear and to be in possession of gloves, ear defenders and eye protection.
Should you wish to be involved and/or come along to watch the action and prepared to obtain and wear the PPE and comply with the on-site Risk Assessment, please email me -

Thank-you
Neil McMahon
